Women's clothing manufacturing for US brands
Test demand with low-quantity stock styles, then move successful products into private-label or fully custom production. We support US sizing, brand packaging, documented quality control and delivery to US warehouses.
Test first, then scale
Stock-style test orders
Start from 2 pieces on available styles. Mix products to assess fabric, fit and customer response before committing to custom production.
Private label and custom production
Add your logo, labels, hangtags and packaging to an existing style, or manufacture from your tech pack, sketch, photo or reference sample. Custom MOQ typically starts at 100 pieces per color per style.
Specifications buyers can approve before bulk
US size grading
Use a supplied brand chart or review a proposed XS–XXL chart. Plus-size programs can use dedicated XL–5XL blocks rather than simply enlarging straight sizes.
Brand-ready packaging
Options include woven labels, care labels, hangtags, poly bags, barcode labels and carton marks. Requirements are confirmed before production.
Documented QC
Fabric, inline production and final inspection checkpoints can be documented with photos or video. Activewear programs can include opacity and stretch checks.
Shipping options for US buyers
Choose express, air freight or sea freight based on launch date, volume and budget. DDP delivery may be available for suitable orders, while Amazon and third-party fulfillment shipments can be prepared to the buyer's labeling and carton requirements.
Final shipping terms, duties, transit estimates and destination requirements are confirmed in the quotation. Buyers remain responsible for verifying product-specific US labeling and compliance obligations.
From reference to US delivery
Send requirements
Share a style number, tech pack or reference image, plus quantity, sizes, destination and launch date.
Approve quote and sample
Review unit price, MOQ, lead time and branding. Approve a physical sample before bulk cutting.
Produce and inspect
Bulk production typically takes 20–35 business days after approval, with agreed QC checkpoints.
Pack and ship
Approve packing marks and shipping method, then receive documents and tracking or freight details.
