Three checkpoints between fabric and your warehouse
Every order 2 pieces or 2,000 passes the same three-stage inspection, documented with photos you approve before anything ships.

Incoming fabric inspection
Color against approved lab dip, weight (gsm) against spec, defect scan under light table. Wrong dye lots are rejected before cutting the cheapest place to catch a problem.
Inline sewing QC
Roving inspectors on the line check seam strength, stitch density, logo placement and label position while garments are being sewn plus needle detection on every knit order.
Final AQL inspection
AQL 2.5 sampling on finished goods: points of measure against the spec sheet (±1.5 cm), appearance, packaging and barcodes. You receive a photographed report for sign-off before balance payment.
