Three inspection checkpoints before your garments ship
For private-label women's clothing, quality control is not one final look. We check fabric before cutting, sewing during production and finished goods before packing or shipment.

What we check at each stage
Incoming fabric inspection
Color against approved swatch or lab dip, fabric weight, fabric defects, handfeel and shade consistency before cutting.
Inline sewing QC
Seam strength, stitch density, logo placement, label position, trim quality and size consistency while garments are being sewn.
Final inspection
Measurements, appearance, workmanship, packaging, barcodes, carton marks and packing lists before shipment approval.
