INSPECTION PROCESS

What we check at each stage

  1. Incoming fabric inspection

    Color against approved swatch or lab dip, fabric weight, fabric defects, handfeel and shade consistency before cutting.

  2. Inline sewing QC

    Seam strength, stitch density, logo placement, label position, trim quality and size consistency while garments are being sewn.

  3. Final inspection

    Measurements, appearance, workmanship, packaging, barcodes, carton marks and packing lists before shipment approval.

QC FAQ

FAQ

Can I send my own inspector?
Yes. Third-party inspection by SGS, TUV or your own agent is welcome at fabric, inline or final inspection checkpoints.
What happens if QC finds defects?
Defective units are repaired, replaced or remade before shipment. Buyers can review photographed inspection reports before final approval.
What measurement tolerance do you work to?
Typical garment measurement tolerance is ±1–1.5 cm on key points of measure, agreed on the approved size spec before bulk cutting.
Can you check FBA or 3PL packing requirements?
Yes. Barcode labels, polybags, carton marks, packing lists and carton rules can be reviewed when instructions are provided before packing.
